\n– The original appearance, full set, and undamaged packaging must be preserved;
\n– You must provide photos or a video of the product from all sides to confirm its condition;
\n– The product must be carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box to avoid damage during transportation.<\/p>\n
Important:
\n– Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
\n– If the returned product is damaged or does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer without any refund.
