Delivery Times:
– We deliver across Ukraine via Nova Poshta and worldwide through DHL Express.
– In-stock items are dispatched within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
– Custom-made products are crafted by hand and may require up to an additional 30 days for production.
– Delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.
– Planning an urgent delivery? Please contact us in advance — we will do our best to meet your request.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
– Customs duties and import taxes are determined by the legislation of the recipient’s country and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
– We recommend checking your local customs policies before placing an international order.

Order Tracking:
– Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor the shipment status.

Damage During Delivery:
– Please carefully inspect the package upon receipt.
– If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, record it together with the courier and notify us as soon as possible.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
– If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, absence at the delivery location, refusal to pay customs duties), the order may be returned to us.
– In such cases, reshipping costs will be covered by the customer.
