EXCHANGE AND RETURN
General Terms:
– We accept products of proper quality for return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
– Returns or exchanges are possible only if the product has not been used, retains its original appearance, undamaged original packaging, and full set (including the box, cover, instructions, etc.).
– Customized products (engraving, personalized designs, made-to-order items) are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
Product Inspection upon Receipt:
– Please carefully inspect the product immediately upon receipt.
– In case of any damages, defects, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us at info@zali.design within 24 hours after delivery, providing photos or a video of the item.
Conditions for Accepting a Return or Exchange:
– The product must be in new, unused condition;
– The original appearance, full set, and undamaged packaging must be preserved;
– You must provide photos or a video of the product from all sides to confirm its condition;
– The product must be carefully packed in a sturdy cardboard box to avoid damage during transportation.
Important:
– Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
– If the returned product is damaged or does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer without any refund.
– A product with damaged packaging or signs of use may not be accepted for return.
– The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Customized Products:
– If a customized order (engraving, personalization) has a manufacturing defect, each case will be considered individually.
– We will offer a possible solution: repair, exchange, or refund.
Responsibility for Returns:
– The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by us.
– We recommend using delivery services that offer tracking and insurance against loss or damage.
Partial Refunds:
– If the returned product has minor damages or missing parts, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund instead of a full one.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1. Send a request to info@zali.design with the subject “Return / Exchange.”
2. In your email, please specify:
– Order number;
– Reason for return or exchange;
– Photos or a video of the product to confirm its condition.
After receiving your request, we will contact you to coordinate the next steps.
Refunds:
– Refunds are processed to your account within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
– The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
