We welcome individual requests that align with the brand’s identity. All pieces are handcrafted and available in a range of finishing options.

Packaging & Gift Options:
– Each item is packaged in a signature gift box. Backgammon sets are shipped in a protective case or dust bag. Upon request, we can include a personal message with your order.

Certificate of Authenticity:
– Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity confirming its origin, materials, and artisanal craftsmanship.

Exchanges & Returns:
– We accept returns or exchanges of items in good condition within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

A return will be accepted if:
– The item has not been used.
– The original condition and full set received with the purchase are preserved (including box, dust bag, care instructions, etc.).
– You provide photos of the item from all angles or a video confirming its condition.
– The item is securely packed in a sturdy cardboard box to avoid deformation or damage during transit.

Important:
– Return or exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
– If the item is damaged during shipping or does not meet return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer.
– Custom-made items (engraving, personalized design) are non-returnable.
– Items that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the customer without a refund.

How to request a return:
– Please email us at info@zali.design with the subject “exchange / return”, including your order number, the reason for return, and photos or video.

Refunds:
– Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
